My kids and husband relish greatly the egg fried rice as I prepare it.Now I present it for Your taste buds.
Boiled rice-250 gms
Cabbage(patta ghobi)-50 gms
Onion or spring onion-100 gms
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Green chilli-2-3 pcs(as per taste)
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp(can add more as per taste)
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Refined oil-3 tbsp
Coriander(dhania) leaves for decoration
Heat the 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.Add sliced spring onion and little fry.Add ginger paste and chopped green chilli fry for few seconds.
Add eggs to mixture and fry little and scramble them.Add half of garam masala,half of red chilli and salt to taste and fry until cooked and mix well.Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in deep frying pan(kadahi).Add sliced potato and cook well for 2 mins.add chopped capsicum and beans and semi fry for half min.Keep separately.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in 2 ltr deep frying pan(kadahi).Add chopped cabbage and fry little.Add both the mixtures.Fry little and mix well.
Add rice,salt,red chilli and rest of garam masala and fry well.
Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
